If you would like more information, e-mail a description of your items and photos if available with your name, area code and phone number to sales@jewelsmiths.net. We will review the information and call you.

When mailing items to JewelSmiths, wrap them carefully and enclose a packing slip listing the items, noting their condition and an insured value for each item. Please be sure to include your name and contact information on the packing list.

We recommend that you send items via Registered U.S. Mail, insured and return receipt requested. The items and the packing slip need to be in a box sealed entirely with paper tape that is available at all Post Offices. For further shipping instructions and rates, please contact your local Post Office.

Upon receipt, we will contact you and arrange for payment.
