The diamonds that we sell are all guaranteed for correct diamond carat weight, and authenticity of the diamond laboratory certificate which denotes the color and clarity of the diamond.
Warranty
Lifetime warranty on craftmanship of the mountings with regular inspections, preferably every 3 months, documented by one of our professionals.
Trade In Policy
Any diamond purchased through our store may be traded in at any time toward the purchase of a larger diamond at full purchase price with the new purchse at a minimum of 50% increase.
Insurance:
Through special arrangement with Jeweler’s Mutual we can now offer replacement insurance on your on- line jewelry purchases which will replace your items in the event they are stolen or damaged in accordance to the terms and conditions of your JM policy. Policies are for one year and may be renewed. Premiums are paid by on-line shoppers and will vary according to City and State of the owner’s residence and dollar value of the items being insured
